Yes, and it is one of us, not a call centre. Nights and weekends divert to whoever is on rota, and that person can dispatch an engineer while you are still on the line.
How quickly can you get to me?
Emergencies average about an hour inside Fairview, longer to the outer towns. Non-urgent work is usually within two working days, and you pick a two-hour window rather than waiting in all day.
Is the quote really the price I pay?
