How it works

Four steps, and you can stop after two

The survey

Drone up, every elevation photographed, gutters and flashing checked. About an hour, and you do not need to be home.

The report and the price

A written condition report with the photographs, and a scope priced line by line. Both are yours to keep, free, whatever you decide.

The work

A start date we hold to, scaffold and protection up first, and a foreman on site every day who can answer for the crew.

Sign-off

We walk it with you, photograph the finished work, and the warranty certificate is emailed before the scaffold comes down.

Questions

The ones we get asked

Is the survey really free?
Yes, including the drone photographs and the written report, and you keep both whether or not you use us. We would rather you took our report to another roofer than felt cornered into a job you were not sure about.
How fast can you come out after a storm?
Surveyed within 24 hours and tarped the same day if weather is still coming. In a big storm week we prioritise water actively entering the house over cosmetic damage, and we will tell you honestly where you are in the queue.
Do you deal with the insurance company?
We put together the photographs, measurements and report in the format adjusters ask for, and we will talk to them directly. There is no charge for it whether the claim is paid or refused. We do not take a percentage of settlements.
What if you find rot under the old roof?
Work stops and you get a new figure before anything is replaced. Deck repair is priced per board in the original scope, so you already know the rate before we start — there is no discovery clause with a blank in it.
What does the warranty actually cover?
Fifteen years on our workmanship, in writing, and it transfers to a buyer if you sell. Materials carry their own manufacturer warranty, usually 25 to 40 years, and we register it in your name rather than ours.
Which areas do you cover?
Bellwood, Millbrook, Ashgate, Rowan, Kingsley, Hartley and Cedar Falls. Beyond that we will still survey, but we will tell you if a firm closer to you would serve you better on call-out times.
