Storm damage? We survey in 24 hours
Your roof has one job. We make sure it does it.
Roofing, flat roofs and storm repair across Bellwood since 1988. A free drone survey with photographs you keep, a written scope before anything is stripped, and a fifteen-year workmanship warranty in your name.
What we do
Six trades, one crew, no subcontractors
Everyone on your roof is on our payroll and has been for years. That is why the warranty is worth the paper, and why the same foreman answers in year eight.
Full roof replacement
Strip, deck inspection, ice and water barrier, new underlayment and shingle or tile. Skips and protection included; the garden looks like we were never there.
From $9,400Quoted after surveyStorm & leak repair
Surveyed within 24 hours and tarped the same day if the weather is still coming. We photograph everything for your insurer whether or not you claim.
From $340Emergency tarp $180Flat & low-slope roofing
EPDM, TPO and torch-on for extensions, garages and dormers, laid to falls that actually drain rather than to whatever the last firm left behind.
From $62 / m²20-year membraneGutters, fascia & soffit
Seamless aluminium run on site to the length of your elevation. Most leaks people blame on the roof are a gutter, and we will tell you when that is the case.
From $28 / ftCleaning $180 flatChimneys, flashing & lead
Repointing, new lead work and flashing renewal. The three places a roof almost always fails first, and the cheapest thing on this page to get right early.
From $480Half-day minimumAnnual roof inspection
A drone survey, a written condition report and a photograph of every defect, so you find out in September rather than in February.
$0Free, once a yearNobody rings a roofer because they are happy.
Every call we take is somebody who has found a stain on a ceiling or a tile on the lawn. So the survey is free, the report is yours whether you use us or not, and we will tell you when the honest answer is that it can wait another winter.
Why choose us
The quote is the price. The crew is the crew.
-
A survey you keep
Drone photographs of every elevation and a written condition report, emailed to you the same day. Yours to take to another firm if you want a second price.
-
Nothing added afterwards
The scope lists what is included and what is not. If we open the deck and find rot, work stops and you get a new figure before a single board is replaced.
-
Employed, not subcontracted
Eleven roofers, all on our books, all insured through us. You get the same foreman from survey to sign-off and the same number in year eight.
-
We handle the insurer
Storm claims come with the photographs, the measurements and the report in the format adjusters ask for. No charge whether the claim is paid or refused.
How it works
Four steps, and you can stop after two
The survey
Drone up, every elevation photographed, gutters and flashing checked. About an hour, and you do not need to be home.
The report and the price
A written condition report with the photographs, and a scope priced line by line. Both are yours to keep, free, whatever you decide.
The work
A start date we hold to, scaffold and protection up first, and a foreman on site every day who can answer for the crew.
Sign-off
We walk it with you, photograph the finished work, and the warranty certificate is emailed before the scaffold comes down.
Reviews
What Bellwood says
“They surveyed it, sent the photographs, and told me the roof had four or five years left and did not need replacing. Two other firms had quoted me for a full strip.”
Tarped within three hours of the storm and back the following week to do it properly. The insurance pack they put together got the claim paid without an argument.
Full strip and re-cover, nine days, same four lads every morning. The quote at the start and the invoice at the end were the same number to the dollar.

Is the survey really free?
How fast can you come out after a storm?
